WEBINAR | Food Contact Materials - How to prove compliance for multi-material multi-layer materials and articles

Multi-material multi-layer food contact materials fall under the scope of Framework Regulation 1935/2004/EC. These include plastic layers in multi-material multi-layer materials and articles or plastic multi-layer materials and articles held together by adhesives or other means. Due to their complexity, it is often a real challenge to demonstrate compliance for the end product. Each layer must comply with its own European or national regulations or guidelines for example, the composition of each plastic layer in either a plastic multi-layer material or multi-material multi-layer material must comply with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.
