The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is revolutionizing compliance through digitization, with eFiling serving as a major initiative to modernize how compliance data is submitted. Starting July 2026, eFiling will become mandatory for products requiring a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) or a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC). This requirement will also apply to products exported from around the world to the U.S. For brands, manufacturers, and exporters, world over, the countdown to compliance has begun.
